Ekco reaches the highest level of partnership within the VMware Partner Programme

Ekco – a leading cloud service provider delivering services across Europe – is pleased to announce that it is now a VMware Principal Partner, the highest level of partnership within the VMware Partner Programme.

The continued partnership with VMware is a testament to Ekco’s deep knowledge of VMware technologies and services. Ekco has proven its expertise across pre-sales, delivery and support, gaining VMware’s seal of approval that its experts have mastered VMware technology at all levels.

Embracing VMware Hybrid Cloud

Ekco’s Hamburg data centre has also achieved the VMware Cloud Verified status, reaching the highest level of integration and interoperability with VMware. This gives Ekco customers peace of mind they will have access to VMware’s complete set of cloud infrastructure capabilities delivered as a service by Ekco.

“A long time Service Provider across North EMEA, Ekco has been one of the first partners in the region to embrace VMware’s Hybrid Cloud vision and adopt VMware Cloud on AWS alongside Ekco’s Cloud Verified VMware platform.” Said Hervé Basso, EMEA Director of the Cloud Service Providers ecosystem and activity at VMware.

“Ekco is providing managed services powered by VMware technologies to a large community of ISVs, Managed Service Partners and Enterprise Customers. This new status rewards VMware’s most qualified partners who have achieved advanced technical certifications and proof of high-level service capability validated by customers and VMware. Ekco has demonstrated services delivery experience and capability on recently completed projects.”

Jeroen van den Nouwland, Chief Revenue Officer at Ekco, added “Becoming a VMware Principal Partner and having a Cloud Verified platform is extremely valuable to us here at Ekco.”

“We are always looking to make it easier for organisations to thrive in the cloud and this accolade brings additional trust to our platforms and delivery. This is a testament to the hard work of our brilliant people – big thanks go to them as this simply wouldn’t be possible without them.”
