Over the course of 2018, Cloudhelix were involved in several, international projects that required on-premise deployments. The reasons for this approach varied, from aggressive project timescales to lacking infrastructure in certain geographical locations.
This showed us first hand the challenges that our clients face when scoping, deploying, configuring and then managing on-premise infrastructure. This involves multiple suppliers, the burden of physically setting up the environment and the ongoing support overhead.
Our clients were asking us to provide them with the same level of agility and service they were used to from our datacentre environments when delivering on site.
We love a challenge here at Cloudhelix. We brought together our wealth of networking and virtualisation experience to solve this need and distilled it into a single, integrated cloud solution that’s since been deployed successfully numerous times.
The feedback has been incredibly positive. Our clients have secured new business around the world based on their ability to deliver on-premise infrastructure within previously unimaginable timescales.
And so, we’re very pleased to announce the release of the Converged Cloud Stack: a new solution from Cloudhelix that slashes the costs, timeframes and hassle associated with delivering on-premise cloud technology.
The idea is simple: we deliver an integrated stack that clients can use to run virtual machines, containers or PaaS environments. It’s fully managed by Cloudhelix, delivered on-premise or to a co-location/ data centre facility anywhere in the world in less than 30 working days.
Some of our clients have been enjoying the benefits of the Converged Cloud Stack over the last year and now it’s available for general release. It’s just as simple and stress-free for organisations to deliver high-performance cloud technology on the ground as it is to spin up virtual cloud resource.
