Charity is important to us here at Cloudhelix, and as our business continues to grow at pace, we’re mindful that we must give back to our communities and the causes that matter to us.

Recently, our chairman Ivan Whittall was invited along to the Make A Wish Sports Ball at the Savoy Hotel by John Jessop, author of ‘Tales from the South Pier’, a fascinating and humorous book based on John’s illustrious career within the finance industry.

The Make A Wish Foundation was set up to grant wishes to children facing serious illness, helping to change the lives of young people around the world. Whether it’s a visit to Santa in his native Lapland or a simple bedroom redecoration, the output is lighthearted and positive, which provides a wonderful lift for families facing serious illness.

The Sports Ball brought together a mix of celebrities and sports personalities to highlight the work the charity does and raise money for the Make A Wish cause. Cloudhelix are proud to join these fundraising endeavours, and it’s an added bonus when the venue, event and company are superb.

As we begin focusing on 2018 and what we hope to achieve in the new year, we’re delighted to say we’re also working on a new charity partnership, details of which we’ll be announcing soon!
